  • What Technical Support covers :

    Our Technical Support and assistance consists of unlimited technical support covering all components and features of the program, their use and application. In those occasional instances where a power failure or user input error errors have caused minor data file corruption our technical support covers that correction of data as well.

    The greatest majority of technical support issues are resolved over the phone with a single call. In those other instances where it is necessary to work with the actual data sent via e-mail, the repaired or corrected data is typically returned within an hour of its receipt. With current technical support, the user is eligible for free program updates.

  • What Technical Support does not cover:

    We can not accept the responsibility of providing technical support on software from other vendors, including Windows and the various Internet browsers, Networking setups and Hardware items in general. If you find you are having computer problems in general, we suggest Your Tech Online.

    "How to" training is not covered under normal technical support, CCE will provide this training at an hourly rate by appointment only.
