Consignment Success software includes 90 days of free technical support. Consignment Ease (previously known as Best Consignment Software) includes 60 days of free technical support. CCE understands the importance of having customer support with consignment industry experience along with knowledge of software, hardware, and networking for our users.  CCE has partnered with The Computer Peeps to provide the best customer support for our users as we care about your success!

What Technical Support covers :
Our Premier Technical Support and assistance consists of unlimited technical support covering all components and features of the program, use and application. Since our customer support has a combined 15 years of experience, the greatest majority of technical support issues are resolved over the phone with a single call.  Users with current technical support are eligible for free program updates.

What Technical Support does not cover:
We cannot accept the responsibility of providing technical support on software from other vendors, including Windows and the various Internet browsers, Networking setups and Hardware items in general.  CCE does offer separate support for hardware, printer & networking issues as our goal is to cover any issues you are experiencing with one phone call as we care about your success and know your time is valuable!  Please visit our Networking & Hardware policies.

“How to” training is not covered under normal technical support, CCE will provide this training at an hourly rate by appointment only.
