SALES PROMOTIONS — The Discount for Sales Promotions module is the "profit generator" that provides you the ability to easily setup inventory discounts for special promotions and sales events.
The four components that are activated during the user defined date range of the promotion are:
- No Sales Tax Promotion.
- The user may define up to seven categories, each having a promotion discount to be automatically applied at the POS screen, for whatever user defined discount is decided on each category.
- The user may define a specific promotion discount to be automatically applied on all merchandise at the POS screen.
- The user may define a sliding scale discount based on four different invoice totals to be automatically applied at the completion of the sale at the POS screen. The user has the option of applying both the Inventory and Total Sale Amount discounts, either one, or the larger of the two.
BUY OUTRIGHT — The purpose of the Buy Outright module is to speed up and organize those situations where you are buying multiple items direct from a Seller, a bulk purchase of items.
Specifically, the module allows you to set the sales price of each item, the anticipated percent of profit, and calculating back to establish the appropriate cost.
Once the cost of all items has been calculated, you have the option of adjusting the total to an offer price to the seller.
Once the bulk purchase is completed, the module will post all items to your designated consignment account, prepare a detailed list of items without any individual prices for the Seller.
Finally create the check for payment to the Seller.
SALES ORDER — The Sales Order module is the ideal solution for taking deposits on future orders and delivery.
Specific tracking and report abilities of merchandise, delivery and sales status. Designed to meet the specific needs of the furniture, and antique type of businesses.
Easily accessed from the Sales menu bar, bringing up a new invoice screen allowing for various types of deductions on a line by line basis.
Until the Sales Order is closed and converted to an Invoice, none of the sales proceeds are posted or shown on the consignor record, allowing for non refundable deposits as well as for a final opportunity to check over the entire transaction before closing to a normal sales invoice.

- Create a text file for your own individual web page header and footer.
- Select any or all of the inventory items you want on the Internet.
- Create the page from the Internet option on the menu bar in seconds.
- Upload your pages to the website.
- Following-up the Internet sales and inquiries:
- The Internet visitor completes an order/inquiry form.
- A confirmation is automatically sent to the visitor with copy to you.
- Your copy is automatically updated and posted to the next invoice in your POS.
Finalizing the process:
- Process the payment through X-Charge or your own processor
- Print the shipping label and send the merchandise
